Quality ensured by tracing and follow-up
By way of the day-to-day follow-up by our own quality assurance manager and by taking samples we can guarantee high quality across the whole of the production process. Besides, the entire process is HACCP- and IFS-certified. All these measures enable us to maintain and further improve our quality assurance towards the future.
Processing, storage and logistics
We have sufficient cooling and deep-freezing capacity available for storage and packaging. The entire process is closely monitored by a temperature monitoring system and vouches for the freshness of our products.
We also dispose of state-of-the-art machines that can package and label products in all their shapes according to the customer’s wishes. Both fresh, vacuum-packed and deep-frozen, using a poly-block as carton.
Our own, modern fleet of vehicles offers efficient logistic support and enable us to make just-in-time deliveries to our customers all over Europe.
